The Location where the University is;

It is located in the Highlands of PNG, Wabag, Enga Province. The IUE amalgamated three (3) existing Tertiary Institutions in the Province with its academic programs under the PNG Governments Higher Education Reform Policy to form the nucleus of its initial academic programs in December 2023, as approved by the Department of Higher Education, Research Science & Technology (DHERST).
