Bachelor of Business Administration [BBA]
Dr. Neal is an accomplished academic, both as a teacher and researcher. He has published in journals such as the Academy of Management Learning & Education (AMLE), Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Consumer Culture, European Sociological Review, Sociology, Tourism Management, and Current Issues in Tourism. He has won awards for best journal article of the year on three occasions; and in 2018 his paper was runner-up in the Best Paper of the Year category in the Academy of Management, Learning & Education. He is currently researching leadership, innovation and organizational development in MENA & SE Asia. He recently edited a special issue on private-sector development for the Oxford University journal, Gulf Affairs, and published the Oxford Dictionary of Business and Management in the Middle East, a sole authored book published by Oxford University Press, UK.

Overview
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a dynamic 4-year program that prepares you for leadership and management roles in a fast-changing world. Study Mode:
Full-time, face-to-face delivery with blended learning options (online tools, case studies, digital labs).
entry requirements
In line with PNG NQF & DHERST standards:
- Successful completion of Grade 12 (Higher School Certificate) with passes in English and Mathematics, and at least two other subjects.
- Minimum GPA of 2.6 (may vary per intake year).

Each semester is aligned to 15–17 credit hours, consistent with DHERST guidelines for 120–140 credit programme completion.

- Fees are set annually by the University Council in line with DHERST guidelines.
- Exact figures should be obtained from the Innovative University of Enga Admissions Office.
Scholarships (If any available in PNG – List those)
- TESAS (Tertiary Education Student Assistance Scheme) – government-funded scholarship for eligible PNG citizens via DHERST.
- HECAS (Higher Education Contribution Assistance Scheme).
- Self-Sponsor options with flexible payment plans.
- External scholarships such as Australia Awards PNG, NZAID, or private sector sponsorships may also apply.
How to Apply
School Leavers
Apply through DHERST’s National Online Application System (NOAS) by selecting the programme during Grade 12 preference submission.
Non-School Leavers
Apply directly to the university with a completed NSL application form, certified transcripts, references, and supporting documents.
- Pay the application fee and meet deadlines as set by DHERST/university.
- For international applicants: provide academic transcripts, passport, police clearance, and proof of English proficiency.
