Innovative University of Enga
Sports Recreation various facilities are on offer for all students, faculty and staff.
- 1 Basketball court including functional training zone (facilities available subject to prior booking through Innovative University of Enga)
- Aerobics/Zumba group fitness classes, Yoga classes, and Pilates classes.
- 1 full-size Basketball arena with stadium seating (available subject to prior booking through Innovative University of Enga)

Innovative University of Enga Sport does not allow members into equipment-based classes once the class has started. This is for participants safety. In all other classes, late entry is at the discretion of the instructor. (Note: arrival after the warm-up is complete, you will not be granted entry.)
- All classes must be booked to manage capacity,
- The Group Fitness Etiquette must be followed by everyone (see the Group Fitness Etiquette section)

Note: Hours are subject to change on Public Holidays and facilities available subject to prior booking through Student Service Innovative University of Enga. Prior booking may be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances and safety reasons. IUE has right to cancel any pre-schedule event/class at any point of time.
Group Fitness Etiquette
- No late entries: To all equipment-based classes and please do not enter if music is playing as refusal may offend.
- No post warm up entry: For all other classes, refusal is at discretion of instructor/coach/trainer
- No early equipment pack-up: If you must leave early kindly inform the instructor/coach/trainer. and all bags to be placed at the safe place (Innovative university of Enga will not be responsible of any Loss of participant’s costly gadget and equipment.)
- Return all equipment to their correct storage spaces.
Practice Personal Hygiene:
- Use a towel
- Shower before & after exercising
- Wear deodorant
- Wash workout gear regularly
Respect Our Play Zone and Equipment:
- Take water bottles, wristbands & rubbish with you and report any damaged equipment to your instructor/coach/trainer.
Professional Zumba Training
The Innovative University of Enga is pleased to introduce Ms. Nadezhda Karayeva, a highly experienced fitness and Zumba instructor who brings energy, expertise, and international experience to the university’s growing health and wellness program.
Ms. Karayeva holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and has dedicated more than 20 years to teaching fitness, dance, and wellness across three different countries. Her classes combine professional discipline with an infectious enthusiasm that motivates participants of all ages and fitness levels.
An accomplished athlete, Ms. Karayeva has competed in a variety of sports throughout her life. She is especially proud of her time as a professional speed skater in Kazakhstan, where she developed the focus, endurance, and commitment that continue to define her approach to teaching and fitness today.
At IUE, Ms. Karayeva will lead a range of Zumba and fitness programs designed to promote physical health, teamwork, and personal confidence among students, faculty, and staff. Her arrival underscores the university’s ongoing commitment to fostering a holistic environment that values both academic excellence and well-being.
