1. Human Resource Data Entry Officer
POSITION SUMMARY
Department: Human Resources Department
Reports To: Director Human Resource
Duty Station: Irelya Campus
Employment Type: Full-Time
The Human Resource Data Entry Officer is responsible for the timely, accurate, and
confidential entry, updating, verification, and maintenance of employee information
within the University’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and personnel
records.The position supports the Human Resources Department by ensuring that
employee data is complete, accurate, and readily available to facilitate recruitment,
payroll, employee administration, reporting, and institutional planning.

2.Three (3) x Security Coordinator – Positions
POSITIONS SUMMARY
The Security Coordinator will coordinate and supervise security operations at the assigned IUE campus, ensuring a safe, secure, and conducive environment for students, staff, visitors, and University property. The role includes supervision of security personnel, emergency response coordination, incident investigation, risk assessment, and collaboration with University management and law enforcement authorities.
