About the Role:

Successful candidates will contribute to teaching, research, innovation, curriculum development, academic advising, and institutional service within the College of Business and IT. Faculty members are expected to foster student success through engaging learning environments, scholarly contributions, and strong industry and community engagement.

 Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in assigned disciplines.

• Prepare course outlines, lesson plans, assessments, laboratory activities, and instructional materials.

• Apply innovative, technology-enabled, and student-centered teaching approaches.

• Supervise student projects, internships, capstone projects, and theses.

• Conduct scholarly and applied research in relevant fields.

• Publish research outputs in reputable journals and conferences.

• Participate in curriculum development, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.

• Provide academic advising, mentorship, and student support.

• Build partnerships with industry, government, and community organizations.

• Participate actively in university committees, outreach, and professional engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline from a recognized institution.

• Demonstrated teaching capability and research potential.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Experience in blended learning, online teaching platforms, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.

• Industry certifications, consultancy exposure, or professional experience will be highly regarded.

• Ability to work effectively within multicultural and interdisciplinary academic environments.
