  • Pioneer Graduate (2025) of the Graduate Diploma in STEM Education (GDSE) — the first and highest program offered by the Innovative University of Enga (IUE).
  • Played a vital role in the transition from University of Goroka Enga Campus to Innovative University of Enga, contributing to the establishment of the Strand of Graduate Diploma in STEM Education.
  • Demonstrated academic excellence and leadership as a Tutor/Assistant Lecturer and Course Coordinator under the Mathematics Department, later promoted to Senior Tutor and subsequently Campus Administrator.
  • As Campus Administrator, oversees the School of Medical and Health Sciences (Sopas Campus) — managing academic, administrative, and student affairs while promoting quality education and institutional growth.
  • Actively advocates for innovative STEM teaching approaches, aligning theory with classroom practice to improve learning outcomes in tertiary education.
